For those that are not participating but would like to donate, you can do so in either of two ways:
Option 1: You can donate online at
Alzheimer's Alz Stars site.
Option 2: Download and complete
donation form here, make check payable to the Alzheimers Association, and mail to:

If the payments are made to the Alzheimer's Association, donations to them are typically tax deductible, though you should consult your tax advisor.
